How to change WiFi settings of Huawei EG8145V5?

1. Open Internet Browser (Chrome, Firefox. Etc)
2. Type the following URL in the address bar: 192.168.100.1

(If inaccessible try 192.168.18.1)

-Username: Epuser or root
-Password: Check the sticker at the bottom of the unit
-Click Log in At the Homepage

3. Click Advanced
4. Click WLAN

Under WLAN Click 2.4G Basic Network:
a. To change WiFi name by editing: SSID Name
b. To change WiFi password by editing: WPA PreSharedKey
c. After Changing the Name and Password click Apply

Under WLAN Click 5G Basic Network:
a. To change WiFi name by editing: SSID Name
b. To change WiFi password by editing: WPA PreSharedKey
c. After Changing the Name and Password click Apply

*For better WiFi experience you can Set SAME SSID and Password to both 2.4ghz and 5ghz.

*After three (3) consecutive incorrect login attempts, the system will lock down and the user won't be able to login for a minute.
